SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

hI, I was farming late game on a map, when system went on maintenance. I had several items including 1 divine ORB that i farmed on that map.
After maintenance ended, i logged in again and all of the loot was gone. Pretty sure this happened to more people. Help ! Last bumped on Jan 23, 2025, 1:38:58 PM

Usually theres a warning with a timer saying maintenance will exist.
This was totally not that scenario. |

" Lots of people CLAIMING it did, in any case nothing can or will be done in any version of the game, least of all EA. It's a hazard of playing online games, if there's no log (which there likely won't be) no evidence exists of any claims so GGG rightly won't take any action. Sad, but true. |

I lost a nicely juiced map and two devine orbs because of that server restart. There was no warning and its as if I died right after entering the map (empty inventory, waystone missing and map reseted).
Thats realy bad design and shouldn't be that way. They should rethink their policy and at least give us an apology and an explanation... Last edited by Fide01#2290 on Jan 23, 2025, 4:17:54 PM

And it just happened again !
Wonderfull ! Please at least tell us when we can actually play without random server crashes, or i will have to teleport back to base every time i get an exalted orb. LOL GGG - GG ! |

If the server crashed and there was a rollback you would expect that everything will be rolled back, including the waystone (which is missing) and the map (which lost the modifiers). Only the loot got reseted.
