missing supporter packs

It's been more than 1 month since I purchased the packages.My packages were not delivered during the game.I created many support requests to the game's support address.A few of them were contacted and asked for information.Afterwards, there was no response to the same request again.There was no response to any of the other requests I made.When I contacted Steam, I was told that I needed to contact support.Please don't tell me I have to open a support request again.Please help me with my problem after doing the necessary investigations.
