23.01 disconect

Hello.

today i lost 2 maps, one off them was Iron Cytadel, due to your serwers shot down. i allready finished the boss and took the iron core and almost finished the map and got disconected. after login in again it says map failed and no iron core from the boss. its like i made 1/4 off the map.
i want to have compensation due to your system problems.
