Game disconnected me after finishing Domain of Timeless Conflict

Hi,

I have just finished domain of timeless conflict when I got disconnected, there was a lot of loot, some of which I collected to inventory and some was still on the ground, I was trying to login back but was getting errors, once I managed to login my portals were all gone, my inventory is in same state as when I started (wisdom s, portal s, alch, 2 omens), all 5 eblems that I used for opening portals are gone.

Is there any way to recover that loot or at least get emblems back as it took me multiple hours to collect those?
