Lost an item because of the 2 shutdowns today

Hi I was doing ritual map before the 2nd shutdown I deferred an audience with the king and completed the map after I completed the map servers shut down when I logged back in I checked the atlas the map I completed were shown as Map Attempted I thought I deferred the item so I shoudl get it in the next ritual maps I completed 3 rituals rerolled all still audience didnt showed up is it possible that you could give me the item?

I have lost Simulacrum it was open, pls back it to me!!! its a lot currency wtf this crashes

I too lost an audience with the king, because of the shut down. I know they will not restore anything because of policy. I just ask for emotional support at this time, due to the insane Rng it is to get one at the moment.
