Invalid query

When trying to direct whisper, I keep getting an error message stating "Invald query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature. It had been working fine before yesterday. I am playing on Xbox and I am logged in under the same username for both the website and Xbox. I have tried logging out and logging back into the website. I have also tried force quitting the game and restarting but the issue continues.
