Accessing PoE2 characters on site (XBox)

I’m still not able to access my PoE2 characters in the PathofExile2 site. Plus it still says that I have not purchased early access, even though I’ve received the emails stating what I’ve purchased and have been able to play PoE2 since Dec 6th
