Why are people's items dissapearing we spent alot of time to buy them!!

Today i accidentally equipped a sceptre which replaced the sceptre i was using that i just spent 3 divs on instead of taking the space in my inventory where the sceptre i equipped was in my inventory it completely dissapeared. It was not in my second equipment set or anywhere on the ground or in my stash. I spent alot of time finding those divs i spent and feel like giving up completely now can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear of another victim to this bug. I lost my 50div +5minion sceptre last night. It happens when you swap the item with a full inventory.. just deletes your mainhand weapon. I received an email stating "I'm afraid we're unable to restore or offer compensation for items for a variety of reasons"
So we're expected to deal with it. Not good enough! Especially when this bug was raised in forums quite some time ago after doing some digging

This happen to me as well. My glove (10+ div) and my wand (20+div) suddenly disappear from equiped slot. I guess to have to wait until they address this bug/fix it. Don't wanna waste my time farming then have my item disappear :(

I suppose our bug/issue isn't major enough to catch thier attention.

Yea this is stupid it is clearly a known bug that happens when the item has a skill on it with gems attached to it when there is no room for the gems it just deletes the whole item and the gems all because i accidentally hit x and equipped something i didnt mean to, the fast that they wont awknowledge it or offer ANY kind of compensation is bullshit and is enough reason for me to stop playing.

i'm pretty sure that i have enough space when i swap to my main wand (which should have enough INT to hold it). In my case, it's just gone. Also my glove is gone as well but i didn't notice until i looked my mana and checked my equipment. I will take a break until they fix it (if not then i just quit lol)

when a play , the items on the ground are disapearing after less than 1s...
So i miss lots of them...
