Legacy of the Vaal - Speak to Doryani

There are two scenarios player may encounter with this quest.
1) Player cannot accessing endgame (Solved)
2) Player completed all quests in their 1st character, but 2nd character cannot complete the "Speak to Doryani" quest

I don't think scenario 1 (Player cannot access endgame) is solved. None of the "solutions" have worked for me. I only have one character.

I wouldn't consider this "Solved" it's just a work around the real issue. GGG has to fix the bug to consider this issue as solved.

Agreed, and it would be really nice if it were acknowledged by GGG at all anywhere.
