Unable to pick up loot since last patch (Xbox)

Since the last patch, I see the items drop on the ground and I can see them glow. My filter also shows me a vertical beam for some items but no name appear. There is no way I can pick up the item. The only items I have been able to pick up for now are magic relics, 1 magic flask and gold even though it doesn't write that there's gold on the ground.
I tried restarting the game, restarting the console, reinstalling the game, hard reset the console. Nothing works.
The doors that open like in the trials also don't show up. I see them open and can go through anyway. Also, keys in trials don't show up at all. Please help, the game is literally not worth playing with this bug.

Nevermind, turns out they simply turned off the labels. To put them back on you have to bind a skill button.
