Iron and Stone citadels

Hi all,
I have been doing citadels for about a month.. Iron an Stone citadels always register as failed..

my count is about 20 citadels.. only copper registers completion..
this is really frustrating, having in mind that it blocks atlas movement...

any feed back when is this going to be fixed?

To count as completed, you still have to kill all the rares in the zone before the boss, are you making sure to full clear it?

Same here over and over iron citadels wont complete everything is dead
