Character cannot progress in Act 3 after server resets on 1/23

There were a couple of server resets yesterday, 1/23. Generally, my gameplay was not affected although many people noted losing things due to a rollback in one of the resets.

The issue I had is that I had just defeated The Queen of Filth at the Ziggurat Apex and had the Temple Door Idol in my inventory before the server went down again and kicked me back to the login screen.

I didn't log back in yesterday but when I logged in today my quest has advanced to the step where I need to enter the Temple of Kopec (with the quest pin set at the Ziggurat camp) but the Door Idol is no longer in my inventory.

I went back to fight the Queen of Filth again and defeated her, but the Door Idol didn't drop again so my character is literally stuck and can't progress.

I couldn't find anywhere to submit a support ticket through GGG so all I could do is post something on this forum. I'm hoping someone at GGG can help reset my quest to its previous stage so I can kill The Queen of Filth again and progress as normal, otherwise my entire character is bricked.

If anyone can think of any other things I can try to get my character to move forward in the story, please share. I'm out of ideas.

Just bumping once. I still can't advance my character. I tried asking someone in global chat to group for a few seconds to help me try to port to a waypoint inside the temple, but nobody seems interested in helping. Still open to any ideas from other players.

Update:

Someone was kind enough to party with my character and then I was able to see the entry open for the Temple at the bottom of the main encampment. My character is back on track now and I've advanced like normal.
