Citadel went failed a day after completed

Hello. I've completed an Iron Citadel yesterday, then closed the game without completing any other maps. Today I logged in, opened map device and saw that this citadel is marked "map failed", and ofc I can't visit any adjacent map. Anyway I had my quest completed yesterday and even inserted a crisis fragment in the burning monolith.

I'm sure that I've cleared every mob in the citadel yesterday so it seems to be a bug.
