Mastodon Tusks (A theft of Ivory) not dropping on cruel difficulty [PS5]

I've been playing on cruel difficulty on PS5 and I'm hard stuck because the Mastodon Tusks do not spawn for me after beating the boss. I've beaten the boss 5 times now, 3 of which I clipped and uploaded in my google drive so I can share it here. I will try again, this time beating the necromancer after the steed and update in case it worked. Either way it's an Issue I've been having.

Hope this gets taken care of soon, thus far early access has been an absolute blast. Keep up the good work!

Update:

Beating the necromancer last allowed me to collect the tusks. If you are also experiencing this problem, you should try that until it is fixed.

Will be updating the drive with a clip of beating the deathlord first.
