Ritual duplicate?

Yesterday or the day before i found an Audience with the king and i deffered and bought it. The next day randomly progressing towards a Citadel i did a map with a ritual and there was a deffered Audience with the king. It is a very valuable item and i would have remembered finding another one. My mind is blown because im 100% sure it was a duplicate or something because it was already deffered to half the price. And as it is very valuable item i would not have missed it. Maybe it is something you can check.
Basically today i found a what i call a duplicate that was already deffered and a brand new, sure you can get lucky but something did not feel right and i had to report it here even though i might have missed something maybe?
