Unable to pick up loot on PS5 version

I have ran into a problem where loot will drop for me and I’m unable to pick it up. It’s also a problem when I’m playing with friends. I’ve had it fixed when I deleted a character and re installed the game. But the bug keeps on happening. I’ve tried all the settings and still no fix it’s making the game less enjoyable. I don’t want to have to delete a character just so I can pick up loot. It also happens when I drop items from my inventory. Please help and fix this issue or if anyone on ps5 a solution please let me know this game is a ton of fun when it’s not bugging my loot drops.

HEY GUYS, I'VE FOUND THE Solution.

On the third tab on the options, there is an option that says: ALWAYS DISPLAY LABELS, check it. PROBLEM SOLVED!

had this issue as well, mostly after a breach, but installing neversinks lootfilter solved that for me.
