Copper Citadel Bug

Finally found a copper citadel (this once in a game chance), even with the new light up feature post patch. I successfully kill the boss but the game freezes and crashes which happens at least 9-10x each day with NVIDIA graphics cards (talk about pure frustration. However, once I went back into the instance, I was no longer able to get to the boss area to retrieve any of the loot that may have dropped -- game crashed as boss died! So now, this citadel has become a complete "brick" and no fragments were able to be obtained. Quest has been completed, but that complete loss of the loot/waystones/fragments is completely unacceptable.
