WHY? Divines lost to crash!?

Why when i crash do i lose stuff from my inventory and stash? Does it rollback when you crash occasionally? If it does, that's ridiculous i just pulled 3 div out of my stash and crashed, full pc freeze, and upon restart and relog my divines are gone. Is there a way to get those back or am i just screwed now?
