STUCK IN INSANCES

whenever i go to the trials of the sekhemas to trade somebody i get stuck in their instance, when i go to my hideout and back to the trials from my waypoint i am still in their instance. im not sure if this happens elsewhere in the game but it has happened to me multiple times in the trials of sekhemas and i cant go into the trials because of it
