Price fixer solution.
People have talked about seller responsiveness. Currently there is NO downside to price fixing.
People make mistakes and sometimes list things too low, I get it, but after getting 20 whispers in a minute, THOSE people change the listing or pull the item down quickly. It's the Asshats that game the system that are the problem. Well, spotting them is the problem. Once they are outed, this problem will decline. Add a "clicked" or "Interest" counter to the website. Then any player about to hit the "Direct Whisper" can see if there have been 5, 25, or 25k others that have clicked it before. Then you can add "responsiveness" to the "Trade Filter" section. Filter out people with activity on their items based on counts. Someone that has received 100 offers to buy a listed item, and it is still listed, is a fixer. Lets start outing them, SHOW the buyers what these people are up to, just like you used to do in POE1 with scammers. A player with 1-10 "High-Interest/no-sale" gets one label, a player with 11-20 items, gets another, you get the pattern. Before, (I think) you relied on outside activity and reporting to flag offenders. With this method, all the data and history is right there on your own server. -- Providing opinions since I was old enough to tell my sister she was ugly. Last bumped on Jan 24, 2025, 4:41:31 PM

Or add a "buy now" button next to the direct whisper button. Also, I say add it without notifying the community so that we can buy all the crap those price fixers have up and they can get totally boned.
But GGG won't do this. They favor the botters, exploiters, and RMT'ers over the normal player. It's obvious from their actions(or lack thereof). |

The cartel at TFT wouldn't want that, so GGG wouldn't add it.
