i cant any whisper seller on trade sysem(https://www.pathofexile.com/trade) not wroking. I need help. ı checking site he is online but failed send whisper or .... is not online. 2 days ago system working but yesterday not workinh.

an officer does not give any information. Why can't I whisper to people selling items? Why does it always say that it is either not online or that there is no such player? I see it on the site. The seller put the item up for sale 1 hour ago and it also appears to be online. It has been like this for days. I can't buy items.
