Some observations

I've brought a ranger to 87 and Sorc to 93. Playing through the campaign was a blast and deaths were easily overlooked. As you progress into the endgame it becomes glaringly more painful. at 93 a death wipes out hours of progress. When it's a mechanic that doesn't have an obvious tell. I can play perfectly for 2 hours and still end up with no net gain.

Another painstaking issue is playing with friends. The game scales almost to unplayable with others and compounds the wtf one shot moments. Witch pets make this even more difficult as their effects toll even the stoutest machines on certain maps. My spells often don't cast at all as if there is a limit to how many actions can occur within a time frame, compounding the additional difficulty of killing bosses as a group.

Waystones, map mechanics(ritual), should be able to be looted/used by anybody grouped and contributed to a map. My one and only audience with the king I've seen was in a group. Map holder died and bricked it to everybody. I've yet to see it again and none in my own maps.

I'm at the point where the mindless grind feels more like a job then fun. There have been welcome improvements, I've actually been able to run multiple citadels which is great. Many of the on death effects that were annoying are gone.

My plea is for the ability to know what killed me, have a tell of some sort on a mechanic. It shouldn't be go ES, Grim feast or bust for the average joe.
