Simulacrum diff level and general thogh

lvl 95 monk CI with 5.5 base ES and with grim i am going 11.something i have 0 problem clearing any content in the game right now with my build everything goes 1shot expect simulacrum lvl 11 and up . My best at 5 tries up until now its lvl 13.I am running 50% ES as addition stun threshold with my jewels because the stuns are insane inside and my base dps its around 109k ( also playing crit version with 50% crit chance and 500% crit dps bonus ) AND SIMULACRUM DESTROIES ME . Why? does it has to do with the fack i am playing CI and has 0 evasion maybe i should try my other build with evasion but the problem ther is that i have only 2.3k hp and 1.3 ES and propably i will get 1shot .PLEASE HELP any suggestions would be great
