End-Game Maps Inaccessible Bug (After Hardcore Death)

I died on hardcore while attempting my first map for the quest to unlock maps. Then when I went back to my hideout on Standard SSF and couldn't create any other maps. I also tested going to the Ziggurat Refuge (Past) to create a map and still can't. My character is permanently bugged and I can't create a map on Standard SSF with it. Whenever I go to the Map Device it is unselectable, even when I mouse over it it's just not there and no device is hoverable to create a map.

Additional vital info: I wasn't able to resurrect after clicking the "Resurrect" button after dieing. I had to relog completely, this could have glitched it out further or something too.

This character is permanently bricked now. First the River Hag bugged 100% instant kill destroys my other hardcore character, and now this character is bugged and bricked. Sigh, hopefully this feedback helps. For god's sake though fix the River Hags, they are a normal monster and shouldn't have a boss mechanic that 100% instant kills; it's unrealistic to drown in 2-3 seconds anyway and you fixed most of the other massive 1-shot "skeletons falling" and after-death explosion mechanics. Why not just fix the "River Hag", is someone from your team obsessed with them or something?
