Ascendency Bugs

Multiple instances of Trial of Sekhema not spawning within Traitor's Passage. Check my account, play all my characters. I cannot "find" the start of the Ascendency - game breaking bug. I'm guessing it is something to do with the token system & some broken code relating to that since I have multiple tokens across all characters.
