Spark skill gem not working

I have no idea what has happened, but my level 20 5 link spark gem is no longer working. I crafted a level 19 to see if it was a spark issue but looks to just be that one gem I have, I have tried everything, removing all support gems, re-equip it, relog... it just broke. When I put it on and look at further information on damage etc, there is no information, please help fix, this gem is a huge investment of mine!
