Missing 2 passive skills - Sacrificial heart

Good day, my map on Act 6 shows I have not not the 2 points for the sacrificial heart. The heart is on the altar but the dagger does not appear; i cant click on the heart. I am lvl 93 and missing 2 passive skills. What would you recommend so that i can get those 2 points please? Character CHRISPANCETTA
