Problemi con riconoscimento account e PG collegati

Hi everyone, I've been playing poe2 on ps5 for a while now. Only recently, since they put a filter, I realized that I can't install any addon. On the web screen it connects with my account but no PG appears connected. I would like to know how to solve this problem, thank you very much.
