Major bug: Item deletion while swapping items using controller.

I am on PC and decided to try controller. While mapping I had a full inventory and instead of pressing sell I pressed square to equip boots in my inventory. Instead of swapping them and have the other pair hanging on my cursor, it replaced the boots entirely and deleted my boots. The boots are gone, not in stash, not accidentally sold just...poof.

I am unaware if this is a known issue or not. But do NOT equip any items in your inventory using a controller if your inventory is full, it may delete you item.
