can some explain to me how to post item for poe2 trading

I need help with the trading system i have bought the extra tab but i cant post items in that trash trading site first it doesnt show me that i have a poe2 charakter stash tab to pick the items from second i dono where dafuq i have to post them pls help me understanding this trade system
