Invoker Meditate skill + weapon set.

Having gotten Meditate, I cannot select it to be used with a specific weapon set.
Secondly, I cannot with my second weapon set skill points allocate a jewel socket (I'm assuming because you need to implement what happens when you switch away from). One way could be to just have the jewel say in the jewel socket and only be active when in the correct set - but always be removable for example - but that's just an idea.
