Microtransactions in-game going to wrong account

I'm in the game, I buy coins for microtransactions, and then I can see my coin balance in my cart. I then purchased a few stash tabs/upgrades but never received the items.

After checking my transaction history, I noticed the purchases are going to my old PoE1 account.

I can't set up an in-game sales shop and therefore can't sell items.

Switching between accounts at pathofexile.com does nothing.

I emailed support a month ago.

This game function is broken.
