4th ascendancy - bug or not ?

Hello,

After a long period of farming, I was finally able to confront and kill the Master of Trials. My joy was short-lived as I didn't get the 2 points for my 4th ancestry.

If it's a bug, is it possible to get these points, or at least the items needed to summon the final boss, as starting all over again makes me a bit depressed?
