Game crashing at end of trials

The game does crash now and then, and its no biggie, just reload when it does. But right after I beat the final boss for the third trail of Sekehma, my game crashes. 1st time, was heartbreaking. 2nd time, was frustrating. 3rd time, is enough for me to put this game down.

Update: Did it a fourth time, ran straight to my ascendency. Got it, game crash as I was opening chest. Getting better but still really frustrating.

This happened to me too. Completed the 3rd floor of the trial of sekehemas right now and clicked on the altar, the game crashed and now it wants me to restart
