Some shady and disrespectful shit is going on at GGG...

Support not answering emails for over a month. The holidays are over with. There should be NO excuse to ignore your customers.

No clear communication on the state of the game as of right now. There are TONS of stuff to change, and not ONE has been addressed since last patch. The content creators/streamers are doing the job for you, making videos of their feedback, and GGG seems to be ignoring it all.

I'm done with this company and their games until they can get their acts together. POE2 is boring right now anyway.

Except they did communicate the issues they were having with support and the mass support tickets. Check the POE homepage, it is probably still in the top 4 news articles. Just be patient and wait for the next update. The game is fun (for me), and I can't wait to see what they end up changing and when the next league will start.

I want to know about the other day as well when the servers kept going down and I lost several maps and plenty of time spent setting up those maps.

No communication with the community is upsetting.
