Can not put The Hooded One in Hideout.

I have The Hooded One as an option to put in my new character's hideout, but when I click on him in the edit menu, and place him, nothing happens. He doesn't appear.

He is in my first character's hideout. I just can't add him to my second one.

Have completed all acts, I am on maps.
