Ashar (Ascension 3 Trial of Sekhamas boss) stuck behind exit door

Title. Just lost my first time getting to this boss because Ashar burrowed into the ground and un-burrowed on the other side of the exist door. I tried to hit her through the door (I couldn't) and stared at her for a solid 5 minutes to make sure she wouldn't do anything (she didn't).

After reloading the game, I lost the fight because I was at 300 honor (instead of full, like when I walked in) and the boss was at full. I'm confident I would have won had she not gotten glitched.
