Omens doesnt work in Titan Inventory

Tried having several omens activated in Titans Inventory and none of them seem to trigger.

Amelioration, Resurgence and Refreshment doesnt work.
Several of the crafting versions doesnt work either ( Didnt test all, but I guess none of them work )
