Map Boss was Duplicated, One of them won't act or take damage

Wetlands T15, Irradiated + Map Boss
I don't have anything active that would duplicate a map boss, I don't believe. The map spawned two Gorians, I killed one, and the second one is stuck at about 30% health. It cannot be interacted with and my map will not complete as a result.

I tried relaunching the game but no luck.
