Dark Effigy Does not Properly Target Zalmarath, The Colossus.

Dark Effigy seemingly incorrectly targets the bottom of Zalmarath's hitbox, causing the totem to ineffectually shoot its projectiles into the ground. If the totem is placed very close to the boss, it is able to hit him but will still miss many of its projectiles.

Playing as a lvl 56 chaos Cronomancer and fighting the boss in cruel difficulty. Dark Effigy is level 13 with +2 from gear. Using Withering Touch, Concentrated Effect, and Controlled Destruction.
