Certain on death effects still happening.
There seem to still be 2 on death effects, the 2 remaining seem to be more egregious than the ones removed.
The first one has no visual indication of it happening. You hear an explosion like a solar orb explosion on enemy death, then you die but there is no visual effect at all. It happens so fast that it will kill you if you flicker strike to it and flicker away to another enemy straight away. It killed me from 6,200 energy shield and 1,700 health with capped resistances while flicker striking. Losing hours of progress to this feels wholly unfair. That enemy is unkillable for a melee character as it will kill them instantly on death. This just happened to me. The 2nd one is the vines that release the purple orbs of chaos. Enemies are spawning these inside my character model, they cant be seen until the player dies which is instantly when the purple glow appears. You then fall over and reveal the vine. This again feels wholly unfair, these should spawn away from the player character, not inside them where they arent visible. Asides from that, loving the game and keep up the good work. The explosion sounds on death effect just happened again. It has absolutely zero visual cue. I had 6,200+ energy shield, 1,700 health and capped resistances when it 1 shot me. Again it had zero visual cue at all. No ring on the floor, no glow, no indicator its going to happen. Only an explosion sound and certain death when the enemy dies. This was on a tier 15 delirium. As a melee character there is no way for me to avoid this.
