Trail of Sekhamas - Crashes at first boss. 2 keys ,20 crashes. Crash Report

I cannot progress through the trails. Its now impossible. My game continually crashes right after I cross the bridge and I assume the boss animation is about to occur. Game stutters once or twice and crashes. Restarted the game and PC. No apps running.

Crashed about 20 times now.

Running a 4090 graphics so its not my card failing.

I have added the crash report launch option for troubleshooting.
