Cannot properly respec WH with Weapon Master

Hi,

It seems like we cannot properly respec WH from without to with Weapon Master as the 24 additional weapon skill points doesn't seem to reassign.

Skill points randomly just become unallocated, I'm screwed as they can't be refunded at all even with another path available.

Managed to get rid of the point, needed to refund another point elsewhere, then find the proper node to start getting ridding of those points.

Skill tree refund probably needs a rework, that's pretty unconvenient.
