Checkpoint that I'm nowhere near says "You are here" and prevents teleport to that location.

Reference # 3,257,190. I was wanting to teleport from the entrance to the Venom crypts to the next zone entrance, and the Checkpoints are blocking the teleport, because the one I want to teleport to says "you are here"
