drops disappear

i am on playstaition 5. when items drop they disappear before i can pick them up

I am on a PC and the same thing is happening, where items disappear before I can pick them up. Just started today (1/27/2025). This is game breaking and I am stopping play until it is fixed.

" Hold alt to see items on the ground, or enable the "Always Highlight" setting in Options. "Always Highlight" can be toggled by pressing Z on keyboard (configurable binding), or by holding L2 and pressing DPad Right on controller. |
