Performance issues with Lightning Warp

Normally my GPU utilization sits at about 40% at 1080P, but when you start spamming Lightning Warp, the GPU load skyrockets to 100% very quickly and fps drops from 60 to 40 or even lower.

One Lightning Warp doesn't really do much, but if you use it in your build, it's a pain to play.
