Unable to swap primary account.

I created account Nymphomanius#1288

I linked my Xbox account to the website nymphomanius#8573

Any loot filters or website trades etc are only being attributed to #1288, but if I switch to that account on my Xbox then I have to start over and can’t use any of the characters I’ve already made and levelled up.

Is there anyway to make #8573 my primary account on the website or is my only choice to wait for game to launch and use new characters on the new league? But that means I can’t use loot filters until then?

Have the exact similar issue, two account names, the primary one has no characters, the secondary has all the characters.

The account names in question are,
Primary: Melkor#8947
Secondary: Syrrako#9751

Is there any way to make Syrrako#9751 the primary account or transfer the characters in the existing one?
