I haven't received all my Points from upgrading

I upgraded my game directly from early access to King of Faridun pack and haven't received all the points that should come from the pack. It said I'd receive 1300 points but I only received 700 points. It looks like I received all the content from pack 1 as I should but I only didn't receive the 600 points that should've came with it
