No respawn option on full honor loss during Sekhamas boss fight

Honor went to zero on my character, Meatstack, so the trial failed, but I'm unable to respawn without going back to character selection. Had full heath, probably lost due to fire damage. This was my first attempt, and the boss name was Rattlecage, the Earthbreaker. I can pull up the quest and game paused menus, but that's about it.

Doesn't look like it's just the boss fight, tried it again and died on room 6, same issue. Using a PS5 controller if that helps.
