Shop issues can’t buy

I’ve spent money for points to buy a cosmetic and it’s been 3 weeks and still can’t use them, it says I have the points and enough to buy stuff but when I click on anything it just says “buy more” instead of “buy” anyone know how to fix this? It’s just wasted money at this point
